My name is Rossana Alpizar, I have been at YOR Health for a little over 2 years, in which I have lost a little over 25 kg, but what delights me the most is the physical shape I have; it is the best in my 48 years of life. I consume all the YOR Health products, my favorites are the Vanilla YOR Shake, YOR Repair and YOR Digest Ultra, although I really love them all. In the morning on an empty stomach, I take 2 YOR Repair capsules, 1 YOR Probiotics, 1 YOR Digest and 1 YOR AMP, 2 measures of YOR Shake Vanilla, with 2 measures of YOR Fiber and 1 of YOR SuperGreens with 300 ml of water, 1 Greek yogurt and 1 coffee, at mid-morning 1 YOR Berry Blast, at lunch I try to eat healthy and have something very light for dinner. I don't exercise much, but I do try to walk 3 times a week for 1 hour. The results have really been amazing. Thank you very much YOR. We look forward to many more years of looking and feeling young.
