These years have been somewhat difficult due to injuries and emotional issues for which I somewhat neglected my habits of eating healthy and exercising regularly.
I decided to join the challenge to have extra motivation to achieve my goals, as well as the help of a community and friends who push me to always give my best effort and achieve the discipline that will lead me to my goals.
While joining the challenge made things easier, I still ran into challenges and difficulties in these couple of months, as well as fighting cravings, especially on stressful or emotionally heavy days.
What I can realize is that I have made great progress by starting to improve my habits again, being more consistent and regular with my exercise, and regaining the motivation that a proper plan, supplementation, and a community that pushes you gives you. to go for your goals.
