I share that I am very happy, because I almost reached my weight goal! (67,600KG).

The products that I used for this challenge were YOR Probiotics Ultra and YOR Repair Ultra on an empty stomach, YOR Super Greens, every morning while still fasting.

YOR Shake with YOR Fiber Plus every night with fruit, and if I was craving something, in the middle of the afternoon I would have my YOR Shake with peanut butter or some seeds.

My exercise routine was quite calm and simple, exercise at home with a day of rest interspersed. Planks, squats and sit-ups, nothing special, but I feel quite functional and going for a run at least 3-4 times a week greatly improved my condition.

I feel pretty good, for having been out of rhythm for several months it was a good comeback, ready for another 8 weeks to get fitter.
