Hi, greetings from Monterrey, NL. I am very happy and happy to be able to begin to improve my health both in exercise and in food, since my work makes it difficult for me.
I started with a 10-hour fast until I reached a 14-hour fast, I started with the YOR AMP, 2 in the morning, with YOR Fiber Plus and YOR Shake, and at night I had 1 YOR Repair Ultra.
I started walking 20 minutes in the morning and 20 minutes in the afternoon.
