Hello everyone. I am very happy to finish one more cycle.
I had to spend all the parties during my challenge cycle but that was not an excuse to achieve my goal and more because I have a great dream: this year I will be married for 10 years and it is also my daughter's 3-year party and I want to spend both celebrations with a better physique.
Now what I did is that 5 days a week I am working out, I am also limiting my carbs at noon and only eating 2 tortillas at night. I also added a shot of YOR Shake to break my fast and this little change I feel has helped me feel more satisfied and not eat as hungry. Also change the cookies and coffee after eating for a fruit or a jelly. Maybe they are small changes, but they have worked for me.
Now I am taking the YOR SuperGreens with lunch instead of any other drink and I take the YOR Digest Ultra during lunch and dinner. YOR Repair Ultra has been my great ally now that I exercise more days a week. At the beginning I started only doing 15 to 20 minutes a day and now that I finish my cycle of the Challenge, I can last the 40-to-50-minute routine.
I still have a long way to go to reach the goal I want to achieve but I'm not going to give up, so see you next cycle.
