This has been a different challenge, with more awareness and focused on improving my discipline to obtain long-term results. I am 48 years old and exercising constantly was not something that was a priority in my life, I was always skinny until I reached my 30s, I was skinny with a belly, and when I reached my 40s I was still apparently thin, but when I saw myself at mirror, when I got out of the bath I didn't like what I saw. In 2022 I reached my maximum weight limit of 80kg and I lost 8kg between August and December due to bad eating habits, depression and stress. I didn't feel well emotionally or physically, I had no energy or strength to carry out my daily activities, or to think.
Despite having been doing the challenge for several years now, I did it irregularly, now I decided that it would be different. I exercised every day, including basic cardio and weights with healthy eating but no restrictions, but using almost the entire line of supplements.
