Hi, I'm Luis Alejandro, I'm 34 years old.
I decided to enter the challenge since after COVID I lost 7kg, all skeletal, and I lost everything I had achieved, a fitness body.
I got into YOR to recover and that's how it was. But my priority was to eat a lot to gain weight. Now I resume my challenge
to be fit again, and above all to meet a goal this great year 2023.

In the morning when I got up I took my 2 YOR Essential Vitamins
and my YOR SuperGreens that have helped me with digestion, to improve my body, especially my skin.

At night he did not eat dinner.


I am ready to complement my challenge with more exercise and going to the gym, since I only played soccer and went running with my dogs, that was my exercise.
