I challenged myself again, after not signing up for the YOR Best Body Challenge for a long time, I decided to do it because I had already stagnated, and I had stayed a lot in my comfort zone, I no longer saw changes despite exercising almost every day.
I started by going for a run in the morning and I took my YOR AMP capsules on an empty stomach. After my cardio I drink my YOR Shake with YOR SuperGreens and have a light breakfast.
