I am very happy with the results of this 8-week cycle. On the one hand, I became more disciplined in eating and intermittent fasting, and I also began to reduce the consumption of sugar. That gave me more energy not only in training but at work and other activities.

My fat percentage decreased, and my lean mass increased in such a way that I maintained my weight.

In the morning I always take a YOR Probiotics Ultra and 2 YOR Essential Vitamins. Later I have my YOR Shake for breakfast, sometimes with YOR SuperGreens (or I leave this for the afternoon) and YOR Fiber Plus.

During the afternoon I take YOR AMP, 1 hour before going to training and I take YOR Essential Vitamins again. As a snack I prepare a green juice with YOR SuperGreens. It's my go-to drink during training and keeps my energy levels high.

At night with dinner, I take 1 YOR Digest Ultra capsule.

I have also tried to keep my hours of sleep stable, that is key to performing the next day.

For my next challenge I will have further decreased the level of sugar consumption, it is something that has cost me a lot of work to do for years but I have already started this transition. I'm going for my next challenge!!!
