Hi, I'm Samuel and I love being able to continue taking care of my body and my diet thanks to the motivation that this challenge gives me. I must confess that before this I had no discipline and now, I feel very motivated.

Every morning I love to have my YOR SuperGreens for breakfast, it keeps me very energetic during the day, for this challenge I started taking the Vanilla YOR Shake combined with fruit and oatmeal before going to the gym and accompany it with YOR Essential Vitamins.
