I am Jessica Quiroz, I am 46 years old and have two children of 8 and 10 years old.
My rhythm of life, having many activities during 18/20 hour days prevented me from eating an orderly diet.
Doing the challenge helped me discover many actions that I could improve and achieve great results.
In the morning I started my day with a YOR Berry Blast with apple cider vinegar.
Returning also YOR SuperGreens to alkalize and an hour later the vanilla YOR Shake, for the main meal included protein sometimes with some fresh vegetables or salads.
