I have been knowing YOR Health products for some time.
My routine during this challenge was YOR AMP in the morning, YOR Digest Ultra with every meal, YOR Shake to complete my protein and nutrient rations, YOR Essential Vitamins morning and night, YOR Repair Ultra at night. I am not very strict with my meals, but I do try to keep it balanced (carbohydrates, fat and protein) and I help myself with the DETOX 360 regimen to help my body repair itself and improve my performance.
I work out in the gym 5 days a week; in the next challenge I am going to change the regimen a bit because I am preparing to run, and it will be a different regimen. I am very happy, someone recently asked me how I felt because I am already close to 40 years old and I had to remember, it is incredible that today I feel more energetic, and I have more goals than when I found out about the company more than 10 years ago.
