Hello, my name is ZAIDA LLAMOCA, I am 36 years old, mother of 2 children, married and a housewife. I want to share my happiness, satisfaction and gratitude with YOR HEALTH products and the YOR Best Body program. I tell you that I never imagined reaching the physical state in which I find myself today. Being a mother twice, a housewife, a wife, made me an unconscious figure that I didn't even realize when I gained weight, but my biggest complex of years was the flaccidity of my lower abdomen (kangaroo) due to pregnancy, this emotionally affected me frustrated, I felt unattractive, insecure of myself, without self-esteem.
But blessed be that YOR HEALTH products have been part of my life for some time now and it is thanks to this that today I feel fantastic, better than when I was 18 years old, a toned body, healthy inside and out. In this 8-week challenge, my goal was to tone my lower belly, which makes me very happy because my obliques are already visible. Today I am a confident, happy woman and now that I have enough energy, I do intense exercises and I can perform each routine 100%. The guideline I followed was: At the beginning of my day 2 YOR REPAIR ULTRA, 1 YOR PROBIOTICS ULTRA on an empty stomach. Then before my intense training 2 YOR AMP.
