Hello everyone.
In this cycle I was finally able to return to the gym after 3 years of pandemic.
Although I am almost halfway through the cycle if that new routine works for me
I would get up and have 2 large glasses of water with a YOR Probiotics and sometimes I would have a YOR AMP.
After 1 hour of work, I would return home and take a dose of YOR SuperGreens first and then a YOR Shake, almost always mixed with amaranth or fruit.
