Hello YOR Health family! I am very happy to see my new version and yours. It amazes me how much we can change in 8 weeks and that's thanks to this system that makes everything easier. Since I've been on YOR Best Body, I've stopped counting calories and restricting my meals. Now I enjoy starting my meals with a delicious YOR Shake and at noon a YOR Berry Blast with lemon and salt to refresh myself after the gym. I use YOR Digest Ultra every time I eat pizza, and YOR Repair Ultra before bed.

I think my life is totally different now that I eat without guilt and have the energy I need to train my muscles in the gym.
