Thanks to YOR Health for giving me this platform to create healthy habits and discipline myself since with my work and my day to day it was impossible. The practicality and ease of the challenge made it possible. In the morning I drank 2 YOR Repair Ultra upon waking up, then I drank my YOR Shake 2 scoops and 1 scoop of YOR Fiber Plus in water. For noon my YOR SuperGreens snack with YOR Berry Blast. At lunch time I had my YOR Digest Ultra and my 2 YOR Essential Vitamins. In the middle of the afternoon, I would have a YOR SuperGreens with lemon again and at night my YOR Shake with 2 measures and 2 YOR Essential Vitamins.
