I am the mother of two children, a 2-year-old, and a 5-year-old, I am 40 years old, and I have a job that requires me to be in the office almost all day. And because of this lifestyle that I have, it is difficult for me to eat an adequate diet. I like to take everything and together is what makes every part of your body work. When I wake up, I have a YOR Probiotics Ultra, a YOR AMP and a glass of water. When I get to my office I have tea, at 12 noon I have YOR SuperGreens, YOR Fiber Plus and YOR Berry Blast. At 2 in the afternoon, I have two measures of YOR Shake, between 4pm-5pm I eat outside or at home, and with lunch I have YOR Digest Ultra and YOR Essential Vitamins. At 8 at night, I take another YOR Shake and just before bed 2 YOR Repair Ultra. I'm very happy, my head doesn't hurt anymore, and I go to the bathroom very well, it's very easy to prepare the YOR Shakes, so I'm grateful to be healthy, easily, and effectively.
