I live in CDMX. This is my 7th challenge. I enrolled from the first time to improve my health. I have two teenage children and I am very concerned about my health. I want to be able to fend for myself in my old age and enjoy with them everything that life offers us. I started with 93 kilos and managed to lose 13 kg in a few months, but I stagnated because I stopped the exercise routine I was following. I had a detached retina, and I couldn't do it. Since I was discharged, I had lost practice. Now I will resume my exercise routine and control my diet to achieve better results.
Supplements help me better digest and absorb what I eat and get rid of what I don't need. I am very confident that I have the support I need with YOR Health and my physical activity.
