Hello! I am very happy with my results YOR Health family. My name is Cinthya Calderon, I am 35 years old, and I want to share that until a few months ago I started exercising 5 days a week for one hour a day. Thanks to this challenge I have stayed motivated in order not to fail in training and even more so in taking care of my body. YOR Health products have been my best ally.
