Hi, I'm Pamela Ortega and I'm from Durango Mexico, I'm 33 years old and I want to share my experience in this YOR Best Body challenge, which was Fabulous since I resumed the habits that lead me to have a healthy lifestyle in a simple and delicious way with the entire line of supplementation.

In the morning when I wake up I take 1 YOR Probiotics Ultra capsule and 2 YOR Essential Vitamins pills with a glass of water, before going to exercise I take 1 scoop of YOR SuperGreens with 1 sachet of YOR Berry Blast. This gives me the energy to take my training to another level. Without a doubt this drink is essential in my day!

After training I take 3 scoops of YOR Shake with 1 cup of water, ice and 1 of my favorite fruits, strawberries! The result is a shake that feels so creamy it looks like strawberry ice cream and is absolutely delicious.

At lunchtime, I eat my solid food and add 2 YOR Digest Ultra capsules.
