I am Martha Rubio, and I am 53 years old. I decided to join the Challenge because I began to see how my abdomen is more flaccid despite the exercise. I began to take YOR Shake for breakfast and dinner, YOR Probiotics Ultra, YOR Digest Ultra 2 repair YOR Repair Ultra in the morning with YOR SuperGreens. At night I take YOR Fiber Plus. I have also noticed that my skin is softer since I take the YOR Fiber Plus since it has Omega 3.

I did my exercise routine 4 times a week and it is truly impressive that 8 days after starting the YOR Shake, my skin began to look firmer, I am happy with the results.
