My name is Ale Soto Borja, I am the mother of 4 children, and I am 43 years old. I love to exercise, but sometimes I don't have enough time due to my children's activities and my work. I decided to join the challenge because I feel more motivated and committed to taking time for myself and doing what I love to keep my body healthy. I also want to set an example for my children to lead an active and healthy life.

My mornings start with YOR Probiotics Ultra and YOR AMP on an empty stomach. With every meal, I take my YOR Essential Vitamins and YOR Digest Ultra.
