Hello, I'm Ricardo Montaño. I'm 41 years old and I'm from Mexico City. I'm very happy and grateful to YOR because it has restored my self-confidence by seeing the results I achieved at the end of this challenge. Initially, my goal was to lose 19 kilograms, but I was only able to lose 7. That motivates me to continue competing in future challenges. Today, I feel full of energy, both physically and mentally. I love taking my YOR AMP before and after training, as well as my YOR Berry Blast. In the morning, I take my YOR Essential Vitamins, and at night, I never miss my YOR Repair Ultra. Usually, I break my intermittent fasting with YOR SuperGreens and my shake. Along with the challenge, I started training to run a half marathon.
