I'm happy to have found a fun way to maintain a healthy lifestyle with a fit and strong body. I take 1 capsule of YOR Repair Ultra and 1 of YOR Probiotics Ultra on an empty stomach. I replaced coffee, which irritated my stomach, with a YOR AMP capsule. I break my fast with YOR SuperGreens at noon. Then, I have my vanilla YOR Shake, and sometimes I mix SuperGreens with it, which is a delicious blend.
