Hello, my name is Samuel.

In my personal opinion, this 8-week challenge is a great achievement by the company, as it allows us to be focused on the outcome.

Thanks to the challenge, my life is different. In this cycle, I focused more on increasing my muscle volume. In the morning, I have YOR SuperGreens on an empty stomach. Thirty minutes later, I prepare my YOR Shake with vanilla, oats, granola, and fruit. With that, I'm ready to start the day with energy and nutrition.

For lunch, I take YOR Digest Ultra and feel less bloated. In the evening, after the gym, I have another YOR Shake with YOR Fiber Plus.

With this combination, I noticed that I generate more muscle volume. It's wonderful.
