Hi, I'm América Luna, and I want to thank YOR Health for allowing me to maintain a great daily habit with YOR Best Body Challenge. After my surgery, it was challenging for me to reduce fat and increase muscle mass, and I'm happy with the results. I managed to gain two kilograms of muscle. Upon waking up, I take 2 capsules of YOR Repair Ultra and a scoop of protein in 450 ml of water. Before exercising, when I return within the first 30 minutes, I have another YOR Shake with 2 scoops and 1 YOR Fiber Plus in water. For breakfast, eggs and a YOR Digest Ultra. In the afternoon, YOR SuperGreens with 1 lemon. With protein at lunch, 2 YOR Digest Ultra and 2 YOR Essential Vitamins. In the late afternoon, another YOR SuperGreens. For dinner, eggs with protein, 2 scoops in water with strawberries or papaya, and 2 YOR Essential Vitamins before sleeping.
