I FEEL GREAT! Not only have I reduced my body fat percentage, but I have also gained 1 kg of lean muscle. Especially in the deltoids and pectorals, where I've started to see more definition. My biceps, which I've always had trouble developing, have also progressed. Overall, I feel very good about my results. I didn't expect to be 1 kg above my initial weight based on lean mass. I want to continue toning, but that's for my next challenge.
In addition to discipline in training (4 times a week at the gym, 1 day of running or cycling, and 2 days of basketball), other factors have helped me a lot:

Let me start in reverse: I sleep for at least 8 hours to recover, and one more day a week is a true day of rest and disconnection from work, exercise, and other routines.
I'm learning to practice fasting, still in beginner mode, as I'm only leaving about 12 to 13 hours without solid food, but I think it has helped me channel my energy, burn more fat, and improve digestion, among other things. I hope to achieve longer fasts in the coming months.
