Hello, I'm Vero Aquino, and the truth is, for me, this is one of the great beginnings of the YOR Best Body Challenge because when I decided to join the challenge, it was because I was going through a quite delicate health issue, which led me to lose a lot of muscle mass and gain a high percentage of body fat. Now, it has been challenging for me to regain my muscle mass.
Currently, I follow a low-carb diet and take my YOR Shake, YOR Probiotics Ultra, and YOR SuperGreens supplements in the morning. I also take my digestive enzymes with every meal.
