Hello, community, I hope you're doing well. Another cycle completed. This time, I consumed the complete nutrition line from YOR Health again: in the morning, I took YOR Probiotics Ultra and YOR SuperGreens; during lunch, YOR Digest Ultra, YOR Essential Vitamins, and YOR Berry Blast; and to finish, YOR Repair before sleeping.

Regarding training, I reduced the runs to only 2 times and increased functional exercises to 3 times a week, with one running session per week.

The result with respect to my weight has been excellent (returning to 64 kg), although the last two weeks were not as good due to an injury that prevented me from exercising. Nevertheless, I believe that the photos show a difference.
