Hello, I'm Jesus Lozano Romo, and I'm twenty-three years old. I'm interested in the 8-week body challenge to lose weight and improve my healthy lifestyle. I'm starting my professional career to become a dentist. I enjoy music and musical theater, where I have participated in 5 semi-professional performances. Over the past few years, I gained many kilograms due to my poor eating habits, but with the support of my parents, I decided to participate in the 8-week challenge to lose weight and lead a healthier lifestyle.

I had some personal goals that I achieved during this challenge. My diet has been based on the YOR Health body package. Over the last 8 weeks, I have been using the following products:

Every day, after waking up, I drink warm water and take a YOR AMP capsule. Then I do my daily exercise and follow the YOR Best Body at Home lesson, supplementing it with boxing training. I do almost an hour of exercise per day, and then I take YOR SuperGreens with fiber, followed by YOR Berry Blast, and finally, YOR Digest Ultra with my shake.

We have prepared some protein snacks with YOR Shake Chocolate and YOR SuperGreens Iced Lollipop to eat between meals when necessary.
