Hello, I'm Jesus Lozano Ruy Sánchez, and I'm 60 years old. I enrolled in the YOR Best Body Challenge to lose weight and lead a healthy life. Over the past few years, I gained many extra kilos due to poor eating habits, but with the support of my family, I decided to join the 8-week YOR Best Body challenge to lead a healthy life.

To achieve this, I changed my diet of snacks and fast food for the supplements in the YOR Best Body package. Over the last eight weeks, I've been taking the following supplements:

Every day when I wake up, I have a glass of warm water and a YOR AMP capsule. Then, I start exercising with my family, walking at least 5 km daily, followed by half an hour of exercise. Afterward, I take YOR SuperGreens with YOR Fiber Plus, then YOR Berry Blast, and finally a YOR Ultra Digest capsule with a vanilla or chocolate YOR Shake. We also prepare protein snacks with YOR Shake Chocolate and iced lollipops with YOR SuperGreens to eat between meals if necessary.

Before the 8-week challenge, my body was malnourished and unbalanced. Today, I feel happy, proud, blessed, and very excited about the results of this first step in the YOR Best Body challenge, and I'm going for more to reach my ideal weight and, subsequently, to the sculpting challenge.
