I decided to continue with another challenge. I understood that my quality of life depends on the changes and habits I adopt today. Exercise is something that cannot be postponed. It has been a great challenge to do it in the summer, with my grandchildren visiting and family vacations at the beach, where at times you can feel like there was too much rest and too much food. I set a goal that, at the very least, if I couldn't get rid of some extra kilos, I would avoid gaining more at all costs.

I stuck to always taking Probiotics Ultra when I woke up, YOR Shake with SuperGreens as breakfast (although I also ended up having breakfast), and I helped myself with YOR Digest Ultra at breakfast and lunch. Exercise has become essential for me, although not strenuous. I walk 10 laps in a stadium circuit 6 days a week and, at the very least, 5 days out of necessity. I've walked no less than 10,000 steps per day.
