Hello to the entire YOR family. Today, I'm happy about completing this 8-week challenge. I feel great and like how I look. While I did gain some weight, my body fat percentage has decreased, and my muscle mass percentage has increased, improving my overall body composition. I achieved this through supplementation, diet, and exercise. Here's my supplement routine:

In the morning, I start my day with YOR SuperGreens.
For breakfast, my favorite is YOR Shake (vanilla flavor) along with YOR Essential Vitamins.
At noon, I take my YOR AMP, and later, I have my main meal, accompanied by YOR Essential Vitamins.

Before bed, I take my YOR Repair Ultra, which helps me recover the proper function of all my cells. I love this routine, and I feel stronger, more energetic, and in a better mood while doing all my activities. I feel great.
