Hello, everyone. I feel great at the end of this challenge because I've managed to reduce some fat, mainly from my abdomen, while increasing my muscle mass. I've always had a lifestyle linked to sports and water and mountain rescue activities. However, after a spine injury that led to surgery, I had to give up these activities. My exercise was limited to cardio routines, as my daily activities didn't allow for much more.
