Hello, YOR family! Happy to finish another challenge, but the first one focused on definition. I'm very pleased with the achievement because due to my back issues, I can't do weightlifting exercises, only cardio. I've realized that with good nutrition and supplements, we can gradually sculpt our bodies. Here's how I use my supplements:

When I wake up, I take my YOR Probiotics Ultra and, to break my fast, I have YOR SuperGreens with the juice of a lemon.
Later on, I have one of my favorites: YOR Shake + YOR Fiber Plus with a light breakfast, accompanied by YOR Digest Ultra.
Mid-morning, I take YOR AMP while preparing my YOR Berry Blast, which I mix with ice + lemon juice + sparkling water. It's amazing and gives me energy, even during long shifts at work.
For lunch, I include protein, vegetables, and a bit of carbohydrates, along with YOR Digest Ultra.
In the late afternoon or evening, after my exercise routine, I have YOR Shake (chocolate flavor) + YOR Fiber Plus, blended with strawberries or mixed berries and a bit of ice.
On workdays, I prepare my YOR Berry Blast to stay energized at the hospital.
