Hello, I am Jesus De Busk, and I am very happy because, thanks to the YOR Best Body challenge and YOR supplements, these 8 weeks were simple and delicious for me to lose weight.
Let me tell you, when I wake up, I take 1 capsule of YOR Probiotics Ultra with a glass of water, and I add a YOR Berry Blast. I go to the gym for about 45 minutes. When I return, I have breakfast with 3 scoops of YOR Shake, which, when mixed with water and ice, has a consistency of ice cream that I love. I also take 2 capsules of YOR Essential Vitamins and 2 of YOR AMP. At lunch, I take two capsules of YOR Digest Ultra. In the afternoon, I have 3 servings of YOR Shake. And before going to bed, I take 2 servings of YOR Fiber Plus and 2 capsules of YOR Repair Ultra.
