Hello, my name is Zaida Llamoca, I'm 37 years old, a mother of 2 children, married, and a homemaker. I want to share my happiness, satisfaction, and gratitude for YOR Health products and the YOR Best Body program. I still remember how I was before I discovered YOR Health products. I had health problems, was constipated, overweight, and felt tired all the time. But my biggest complex for years was the sagging of my lower belly (pouch) due to the pregnancies of my 2 children. In this 8-week challenge, my goal was to tone my lower belly, which makes me very happy because I can now see my obliques. Today, I'm a confident, happy woman, and now that I have enough energy, I do intense exercises and can give my all in every routine.

The routine I followed was: At the beginning of my day, 2 YOR Repair Ultra, 1 YOR Probiotics Ultra on an empty stomach. Then, before my Intense Training, 2 YOR AMP. After exercise, I take 1 YOR SuperGreens, 1 YOR Fiber Plus with 2 limes, and immediately after, 2 YOR Shake with ice. Before lunch, 2 YOR Digest Ultra, and between meals, 3 YOR Essential Vitamins. My snack is 2 YOR Shake with ice. For dinner, I have 2 YOR Digest Ultra with 3 YOR Essential Vitamins. And before bedtime, 2 YOR Repair Ultra.
