Hello everyone... I'm Kena Gaytán, and I'm now just 67 years old. This is my second YOR BEST BODY challenge of 2023. I won first place in the previous challenge I participated in. I'm very happy and satisfied with the achievements, and I continue to gain muscle firmness through my gym workouts from Monday to Friday, without fail and without excuses. For years, I've started my day with YOR Repair Ultra and YOR Probiotics Ultra. As a workout drink, I can't do without a mix of YOR SuperGreens and YOR Berry Blast; they taste delicious with two big ice cubes, providing super energy.

After returning from my workout, I have a light breakfast based on cooked vegetables and the YOR Shake in vanilla. Then, I take YOR Digest Ultra and YOR AMP. I keep my lunch balanced with a salad, chicken, or eggs (I avoid meat), another YOR AMP, and also YOR Digest Ultra.
