To my surprise, in this challenge, I significantly increased muscle mass, when my intention was to lose 1 kg, I ended up 1 kg heavier, but in muscle, also reducing the % of fat. I noticed this about 6 to 4 weeks ago with the clothes in the upper back area. It is more noticeable in the BACK PHOTO; the measurements in the deltoid, chest, and trapezius area have increased, and some shirts no longer fit me or are very tight. I managed to reduce the % of fat, although it is still an area for improvement, as it is the most complicated part. My workouts are 80% crossfit (4 days a week) and 2 days of a combination of running and basketball, usually, 1 day is rest. My YOR intake is currently like this:
