Hello, a very good and blessed day. I am David Tovar Amezola, 67 years old. For me, it is a lifestyle that I am in the process of acquiring, and sometimes I stop doing it due to my inconsistency. However, that's why I join the challenge, and I see the results almost immediately. It makes me feel more positive and light thanks to the probiotics, which I take in the mornings and sometimes also at night.
