I started the incredible 8-week YOR BEST BODY challenge from this incredible company, YOR Health. When I started the challenge, I weighed 167 pounds, and my goal was to lose at least 5 pounds, as well as sizes. I am very excited because not only did I lose 5 pounds, but 7. Now I weigh 160 lbs and dropped 2 sizes; my clothes fit better, and I feel sexier.

My regimen was taking my probiotics and YOR Repair Ultra in the mornings. Then, YOR SuperGreens with fiber, and after that, my protein. As it gave me a lot of energy, I went for walks and did chores at home. For my meals, I took my YOR Digest Ultra and my vitamins.
