Hello! I'm very happy. I achieved my goal of increasing muscle mass! This is my first time going to a gym; It has never caught my attention. And even with a shoulder injury, I have been able to have good results. My regimen: 2 capsules of YOR Repair on an empty stomach before going to the gym, YOR Vanilla Shake with peanut butter after going to the gym mid-morning, and my vitamins daily. If I had a craving, I ate peanuts in the middle of the afternoon. My exercise routine was very simple, 1 hour a day, alternating full body exercises from Monday to Friday. I limited some movements due to my shoulder injury, but it turned out well! In this part, YOR Repair has been a GREAT help. The supplements were a great help as I was also able to lower my fat percentage. I'm ready for the next challenge! Thanks for your vote!

As with any reduced-calorie diet, the amount of weight you'll lose will depend on the number of calories you consume in proportion to your weight. Optimal results are achieved when following the product regimen in combination with a healthy diet and exercise program.

Individual results may vary. Factors that may affect your results include (but are not limited to) your metabolism, exercise routine, diet, smoking, pregnancy, current medications and any medical conditions. As with any health or fitness program, regular exercise and a sensible eating plan are essential to achieve long-term weight loss results. No customer was paid for a testimonial.
