Hello! Completing the YOR Best Body Challenge is an achievement for me, I feel very satisfied with the results obtained. In the first week, I took one capsule of YOR Probiotics Ultra and one capsule of YOR Repair Ultra at dawn at 6:30 am. During the week, I went to work and during the break, at 9:30 am, I prepared my YOR SuperGreens with a packet of YOR Berry Blast, which became my favorite drink. At 12:30 pm, I had a YOR Digest Ultra capsule with lunch, consisting of protein and vegetables. At 5:30 pm, I would make myself a chocolate YOR Shake with a little almonds or a vanilla YOR Shake with blueberries. Some days I spent it having a milkshake at 12:30 pm and a meal at 5:30 pm. At 7:30 pm, my dinner consisted of walnuts with blueberries or coffee with toast and honey. My current weight is 71 kg. I have lost 5 kg and my size has decreased to 9; My clothes fit me very comfortably. I am happy with the results and I thank God for life and all the blessings received.
