Hello, hello, super happy to finish another challenge full of health, well-being, and energy. I feel great completing another challenge that consists of daily goals of exercising, walking, playing volleyball, and eating healthy. The supplements I consumed in this challenge are YOR Shake protein every morning after a 1-hour walk, my digestive enzymes before breakfast and dinner because I incorporated fasting, which made my body respond better.
