I'm Leonel Flores, and I'm 51 years old. My goal is to look better than ever, and little by little, I've been achieving it, and I don't plan to stop. This challenge has taught me that every day you should aim for something more, a higher goal, especially when it comes to being healthier. By the end of the challenge, I managed to reach only 16% body fat.

The challenge is already part of my routine and that of my family. And when I say that, it means: getting up early to exercise, taking care of my diet, and also using all my supplements.

I went from being someone who always felt tired and sleepy to a person with a lot of energy, a better image, and very fit. Every day, I'm prouder of my body, and, obviously, my wife is happy.

My routine is more or less as follows:

Upon waking up, I drink water. I also take probiotics and YOR AMP, and if I feel sore from exercise, I complement it with YOR Repair Ultra.
I dedicate about 45 to 50 minutes to exercise.
After exercise, I take YOR Shake, along with YOR Fiber Plus, and, of course, with a couple of YOR Essential Vitamins.
Before eating, I take YOR Digest Ultra and two more vitamins.
I've made my lunches lighter, and since I'm doing intermittent fasting, I'm usually not having dinner.
