I want to share that I felt some uncertainty during these dates since holidays and food in Mexico are everywhere. Still, the supplementation plan is so simple that I can still enjoy gastronomy and meet my physical goals. Here's what I used:
Upon waking up, 1 capsule of YOR Probiotics Ultra, 2 capsules of YOR Essential Vitamins, and a shot of YOR Berry Blast.
For breakfast, 1 serving of YOR Shake with YOR SuperGreens.
