Hello, my name is Esmeralda León, and I am very happy to see my results and continue achieving those goals day by day, challenge after challenge. My routine was as follows: 2 YOR AMP, 2 YOR Repair Ultra. Intermittent fasting of 18 hours, opening my food window with the SuperGreens with fiber or exchanging it with my YOR Shake with lemon oil depending on the flavor of the shake. At lunchtime, I used my 2 YOR Digest along with a healthy diet of fruits and vegetables, reducing fats, dairy, and soda. Dinner ended with something very light: either with the green juice and fiber or with my shake or with Greek yogurt, berries, and fruits.
