FINAL GOAL ACHIEVED!
In this challenge, I managed to stay very close to my original weight and increase lean mass (from 81 KG to 81.6 KG), reducing body fat (not an easy task).
Due to my multiple activities, it was very challenging for me to gain a little weight and strictly muscle, considering that I have been doing the same thing all year, and particularly these last months of the year have been saturated with work.
Nevertheless, I was able to increase and define the chest and deltoids, while also defining the abdomen a bit more (the most complicated part), gaining muscle and losing some fat in the process. In other words, the extra 600 grams were just a part of the gained muscle. Flattening the stomach has been very challenging, but it is part of the process.
Several things helped me achieve this:
Combination of YOR with intermittent fasting (at least 12 hours).
Strength and cardio workouts 4 days a week.
Sports practice (basketball) 1 to 2 days per week, in addition to training.
High intake of vegetables, fiber, and animal and vegetable protein.
Very good hydration and stretching at the end of the exercise.
Sleeping very well, 8-9 hours daily, to recover and grow muscle faster.
