Hello again, Fitness family! I am very happy because, for the first time in my life, I can maintain my weight despite the year-end festivities.
I want to share that it used to be a headache to maintain my weight throughout the year, which made me feel insecure and even affected my work performance. I didn't like what I saw in the mirror, and I had very low energy because I didn't eat healthily.
