Holaaaaaaa! Beautiful challenge community! I'm finishing another cycle, and I'm happy to report that I'm feeling great. I continue to achieve the results I've been looking for after more than 5 years of being overweight, and I no longer want to live another year like this. During this challenge, I trained 5 times a week, some weeks only 4 days due to school activities with my daughter. I also tried to stay as active as possible, playing with her, walking down the street as much as I could, to help my body get rid of the excess weight. I start my day by drinking warm water with a probiotics capsule. At 9:30 am, I have my 40-minute exercise routine. At 11:00 am, I take the YOR SuperGreens, and at 12:00 pm, the YOR Shake, which tastes delicious! At 3:00 pm, I have the main meal of the day, and at 7:00 pm, I have a fruit with yogurt. This diet and exercise routine has worked best for me to lose weight, even if it's a bit slow, but I'm getting there. I hope to have your votes. Thank you all, and see you in the next cycle!
